Accessibility Statement

Last updated October 29, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use the Market Bishop website, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or reduced motion.

Our Commitment

We aim for marketbishop.com to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is a goal we work toward and test against; it is not a certification, and we do not claim the site is free of every barrier.

What We Have Done

  • A "Skip to content" link as the first item on every page, and one main content region per page.
  • Headings in order, labelled navigation regions and descriptive link text.
  • A visible focus outline on every link, button and form field, and menus that open and close with the keyboard (Escape closes them).
  • Labels on every form field, and errors and chat replies announced to screen readers as they appear.
  • Text and muted text checked for contrast against the dark background.
  • When your device asks for reduced motion, the aurora, flow and diagram animations stop and scrolling is instant.
  • Accessible names on icon-only buttons, such as the Ask assistant, the menu and Back to top.
  • Automated checks with axe-core on key pages at desktop and phone widths, with every serious and critical issue fixed before release.

Known Limits

  • Some decorative animations keep moving unless your device is set to reduce motion. Turn on "Reduce motion" in your system settings to stop them.
  • Product illustrations drawn on the page are decorative summaries; the same information is in the text around them.
  • Answers from the Ask assistant are written by AI and may not always use the clearest wording. You can always choose "Talk to a person".
  • Pages from third parties we link to, such as Google or social network sign-in screens, are outside our control.
  • The signed-in app is tested separately and may have issues this statement does not cover.

Report a Problem

If something on the site is hard to use, tell us at support@marketbishop.com. Include the page address, what you were trying to do and the browser or assistive technology you use. We reply by email, and we can provide the information in another format if you need it.

You can also use the Ask button on any page and choose "Talk to a person", or read the Help Center.

Review

We review this statement when the site changes significantly and update the date at the top of this page.
