Terms of Service

Market Bishop provides search ranking tracking, AI visibility tracking, site audits, social media analytics, competitor comparisons, reporting and related automation for businesses and the agencies that serve them. Features vary by plan and may change over time.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite.
• Agencies are responsible for having their clients' permission to track, connect and change those clients' websites and accounts.

When you connect a Google, Facebook, Instagram or other third-party account, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. Market Bishop only makes changes to a website or connected account when you or someone you authorized approves them. You are responsible for reviewing changes before approving them.

You may not use Market Bishop to:

• Violate any law or any third-party platform's terms;
• Send spam, post fake reviews or engagement, or impersonate anyone;
• Access accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
• Interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the prices agreed when the plan is set up or in your order. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.

You own the data you bring into Market Bishop. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time; see our Data Deletion page.

Rankings, AI answers, social metrics and other third-party data change constantly and come from sources we do not control. We work to make reported data accurate and verifiable, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or other results.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Market Bishop disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
