Talking to a Person
Use "Talk to a person" in the Ask assistant or email support@marketbishop.com. Customers can also open a ticket from Help in the app.
Before You Sign Up
Open the Ask assistant on any page and choose "Talk to a person". Leave your name, email and question and a person replies by email. You can also email support@marketbishop.com.
Already a Customer
In the app, open Help and send a ticket from the Support tab. You get an email confirming it with a ticket number, and replies come by email and show in Help.
